I made it again Sunday night at my friend Darlene's house just to re-
test the recipe because now everything is measured.
Believe it or not, it is more difficult for me to cook with measures
than just throwing things together and somehow things always seem to
taste better. When I measure I have to re-test several times until I
obtain the same balance in the ingredients.
Besides John, Darlene, and myself I had asked 2 other friends to come
for dinner. It seemed that everyone liked the parmigiana well enough,
but I was disappointed. I thought it was bland - so.... re-testing is
required!!!!
