Spiced Zucchini Bread

Hi all:

I finally blogged the spiced zucchini bread recipe i made from 101 cookbooks.  Its not your regular old zucchini bread!!  It uses curry and crystallized ginger to give it an extra punch to the same old quick bread.  I really recommend it.

I've been using my CSA veggies up pretty easily.  I found this great Ratatouille recipe that ate up a large portion of eggplants, zucchini, heirloom tomatoes, and candy onions.

Now I'm looking for something to use up Cayenne Peppers (yes we have them WHOLE), baby eggplants, corn, and mushrooms...hmmmm Fiesta?
