Hi Paul!  You're welcome to use my recipe with a reference to my blog.  Thanks so much for asking.

In addition to green smoothies ( http://dianasaurdishes.com/07/green-smoothies-a-tasty-way-to-get-your-greens/) I have two favorite ways to eat kale.  The healthy way is baked crispy kale chips http://dianasaurdishes.com/02/how-to-cook-kale-chips-photo-tutorial/

The less healthy way (due to cream and cheese!) is kale casserole.  http://dianasaurdishes.com/01/easy-kale-recipe-for-a-hearty-winter-casserole/

It's good in curry with other vegetables http://dianasaurdishes.com/02/vegetarian-curry/

I also mix chopped kale into hamburger patties or meat loaf to add some fiber and nutrients, no one every notices!

Hope that helps you with ideas :)

That kale casserole looks wonderful (I already love green smoothies and kale chips.) Thank you for sharing,

Heather
