You need to have completed 2 yrs as a TCM with me(April Mayer) to go to this TCM Event. All others will need the TCM Class. Time Subject to changed after SUCC - Class
11/2/13 10am - 11:30 pm

This event is for any and all TCM. If your Troop's TCM has not been the TCM for 2 yrs they need to be in this class as this cookie season will have big changes. Please save the date and make the event!
11/2/13 12 pm - 2:30 pm

If you can bring your laptop to the event we can do the on-line class as a group and get your troops cookie supplies same day!!!!

GUESS WHAT DAY IT IS!!!  :-)    Cookie Training Day!
Here is the information for training for Troop Cookie Managers (TCM):

There are a few things that will need to be done before we kick off our cookie season:(Cookie Q & A Saturday 11/2/13)

1. Get your TCM info to me if you haven't already.  I have heard from most of you already.  Thank you!  That makes my work much easier!

2. Make sure your TCM is registered and has completed a criminal background check online within the last 2 years.

3. Make sure all of your girls are registered for the 2013 - 2014 membership year.  You will only receive the number of packets for the number of girls registered.  They are entering new applications as fast as they can so if you don't see a girl in eBiz yet; that you KNOW you have registered, please give it a little time. I will be taking this into account when passing out information.

4. Get your registion in for the SU403 Cookie Rally in December!  This is going to be a very fun event!!  You can get more information at the Service Unit Meeting on November 4th. Karen Garrett is running this event again this year if you have any additional questions.

5. Your TCM will need to complete the online Troop Cookie Manager Agreement.  It will be available at the end of next week at www.texascookietime.com.

6. The TCM will need to complete the online training.  You can get there by going to www.texascookietime.com.  Under the Volunteer tab, you can find the TCM training.  When the training has been completed, please Text / email a picture of the certificate you will receive your supplies.  The training should only take up to an hour  to load for you but can take 48 hours so please do not wait until the last minute.  You will receive and email when the training is ready.  If you do not bring me the certificate, I will not give you the supplies and you will not have access to eBudde during the cookie season. {You can also just log into ebiz and search TR801: Troop Cookie Manager Training - Online 2014}

7. Come to the Cookie Q & A!  There is a lot new information this year so please plan to come to one of the meetings below:


New TCM & Returning TCM

Returning TCM - (Must have completed TCM training for the last 2 years to attend)

Returning TCMs are welcome to come to one of the New TCM trainings if they would rather.


Troop Leaders, you are not required to do the training or come to the meeting but it is recommended.  You will have access to eBudde if you go to a TCM class, it is always nice to have a knowledgable backup just in case!
