Booth Sales and Weather:

 

Can you believe that we are almost through the 2013 Cookie Program? The last day of Council Organized Booth Sales is Sunday, March 17th. Council organized booth sale sign-ups have been closed since 2/10 because our store partners received final calendars from us before booth sales began, but if you are looking for more booth sale opportunities, you are welcome to pursue My Sales. As the program starts winding down, we want to make sure that customers are able to stock up on their favorites until next year! Once troops have reached their goal, encourage them to think outside the cookie box! Troops can pick up more cookies through March 17^th. Encourage troops to host additional My Sales, go door to door, or hold a Troop to Troop booth!

 

In the case of rain and cloudy weather, we ask that troops still attend their booth sites and check-in with the store manager as they may have some indoor options. If the store is not able to provide a dry space, they may politely leave. In the case of severe weather or temperatures, we ask that everyone use their best judgment regarding the safety of the girls.

 

Final Paperwork:

 

FULL PAYMENT IS DUE BY WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20TH AT 11:59PM. Troops will be locked out on Sunday, March 24^th at 11:59pm.

Last day to make ePayments made on-time ( March 20^th at 11:59pm) to clear the bank or come back as bounced. eBudde is updated daily and will reflect the most up to date information. We will be doing several back office checks and audits throughout the next couple of weeks.

 

There will only be a Girl Outstanding Funds report this year. Any outstanding balance in eBudde that is not accounted for through a Girl OFR will be considered a Troop delinquency. Please remind your troops that they should not keep profit on unpaid packages nor should they cover for an individual. When the girl pays, eBudde will show a positive amount and we will refund that profit amount. The Individual OFR form will go live next week and will be available until April 1^st.
