Happy Tuesday all Cookie Volunteers! We're in the home stretch!

Please remember that all payment is due by 11:59pm on Wednesday, March 20th - that's tomorrow! You must submit your ePayment by midnight in order to receive on-time recognitions. Troops will be locked out on March 24th. You have until Sunday to allocate cookies and finalize your troop’s final recognitions order. If you have a girl who has not paid her cookie balance, you may complete an Outstanding Funds Report at www.texascookietime.org/ofr – username cookies, password honey. Any balance in eBudde that does not have a girl OFR attached to it will automatically be considered a troop balance. Remember that troops should not cover girl balances nor should they keep proceeds on cookies that have not been paid for. The OFR form will be available until April 1st so please be sure to complete this asap!

As you are closing out eBudde, please make sure that you are allocating booth sale cookies to girls! It is super important that you help girls receive the proper recognitions based on their participation. Once you have allocated cookies to girls, you can complete your final recognition order. To submit your recognitions order, click on the Incentives Tab and then click on Edit All. Please make sure that you make the proper selections for each girl including the alumnae patch and Troop PGA option (t-shirt or camping - your entire troop must choose the same thing). Don't forget to click SUBMIT!! Even if you have already submitted your troop’s final recognition orders, we suggest double checking your choices with your SU Cookie Coordinator. If you do not submit your troop’s order, we could miss your recognitions so please be sure to complete this step!

Your troop proceeds will automatically be calculated for you based on your Program Grade Level, Per Girl Average, and Settings. Please be sure that all of these are reflected correctly on your Settings Tab. As a reminder, girls will be counted in the PGA (Girls Selling) if they have at least one package credited to them on the Girl Orders Tab. The registered box on the Girls tab will not affect this.

SU Cookie Coordinators should meet with their troops to collect My Sales and Alumnae Retriever forms and ensure that any OFRs required are completed.
