Peanut Butter "Blossoms" Recipe from Kristen

Another cookie club recipe...
Ingredients
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. creamy peanut butter (I recommend Safeway brand or something else
with lots of oil in it!)
1/4 c. milk
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
60 milk chocolate pieces, unwrapped (I recommend Hershey's Bliss or
Dove)
Mix all ingredients above except chocolate pieces. Shape in medium
size (~1 inch) balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375
degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes, place 1
chocolate piece on each blossom.
