Unfortunately this is not possible with CooJah 6 or RTMPDump but it does
seem to work fine with StreamTransport.

http://www.streamtransport.com/

For this video from RuTube:

You can see this working image:

If you find a working command line for RTMPDump PLEASE do let me know.
Also if you have any other information why this does not work with
CooJah 6 or RTMPDump PLEASE do let me know. Thanks!

Hope this helps, all the best!

OK, it does work with RTMPDump, I was just using an older version of it. You can find the latest version here.

RTMPDump latest version: (on 2011-11-28)
http://stream-recorder.com/forum/showthread.php?p=34161#post34161

You can then either use RTMPExplorer on Windows or simply rtmpsrv on Linux, it will give you the exact RTMPDump command and if you use RTMPExplorer it will download it automatically as well. Very simple.

The latest version does work very nice with RuTube servers!

RTMPExplorer:

You can see that this works here:

Found the original solution in this forum:

There you go, there is your solution. Otherwise if you need a GUI you can also try TubeDigger.

Dear Hendy,
not sure if you are reading this, but if CooJah 6 could somehow start using the latest version of RTMPDump in Blader your software would really be the best! Can you think about it? How is that new Sniffer/Downloader coming along? Are you very busy? All the best, still love CooJah 6 to this day!!

so what prevents Coojah from working, if rtmpdump is doing its job ?

The version of RTMPDump that is being used in Blader is old
unfortunately, it uses RTMPDump v2.

If Hendy could make the code open source maybe someone could update
Blader to use the latest version of RTMPDump.

That would indeed be excellent!

I am glad I could help you :)

i decided to use "Net Transport" (also called NetTransport or NetXfer)
from http://www.net-xfer.com/default.htm which does an excellent job
out-of-the-box.
