unable to start conzilla 2.3 on my system

Dear all,

Very new to conzilla. I just installed Java Web Start and conzilla 2.3 on my system. But when I start Conzilla, I get the message "Unable to launch application". Deatils of which are -

java.lang.SecurityException: Missing required Permissions manifest attribute in main jar: http://www.conzilla.org/webstart/conzilla.jar

Kindly help. My system configuration is - 64-bit os windows 7 and 2gb RAM
