Feedback on tiles selection

Hello All,

We need to convey our decision regarding our views on floor tiles to Yash and Badlani by tomorrow.

From what the feedback we are getting, people are not impressed by the tiles Yash has send to the site.

If everyone agrees we can ask him to put the same tiles that's in sample flat without Wooden flooring.

Please let us know your views

We must reject the sample tiles send and insist that we should be given
tiles provided in sample flat and it should be Marbonite.

I suggest to write something like this...

d) Inside steel grills in modular kitchen cabinates should be provided
as per the sample flat in Goregaon.
e) Appropriate design for the outdoor grills suitable to enhance the
facade view of the building to be done.

Also pls advise when you are going to start the work as there is no
progress for almost 2 months now after our 1st meeting.

I suggest that we make following changes,

 

1. Go for Vitrified/Marbonite  tiles, please omit Wooden finish tiles from it.

2.  we have to start being little more forceful and firm with him so that he understands that we mean business and will not accept unending delaying tactics.
