Tiles Selection and Progress on Work Status

Mr Yash,

We have seen the floor tiles samples made available at the Thane Conwood Enclave sight. We would like to inform you that non of the flat owners like the tiles after seeing them. 

Hence, taking into consideration  fast completion and possession of the 15 floors by March 2015 and instead of delaying the things further we all have come to common conclusion that you do the interiors same as the sample flat with some changes.

a) Wooden flooring to be replaced by the same main tiles, preferably Marbonite.

Yash, we would request you to start the internal brick work and plaster from floor 8 on wards ASAP. As discussed in earlier meeting can you please send us your schedule of work. It has been two months from your 1st meeting and there is no progress.

We think that now its high time to get together and have the work started rather than unending delays.
