Few suggestions

· If we are done with Association, we should write on behalf of “ Conwood residents association”. If not, then current version is fine

· We should also ask him about his future plan for completing project (general timeline).. I am sure he would not put it on paper but at least we will have record that we have been asking about the same.

An email was received from Yash stating that work will start in 8 days and he proposes to start plumbing work for first 5 floors first.
