  Alright as you can see here attached is the Updated MP for Exhibition as well as the MP for Sponsors. The Shortlisted Sponsor List is also attached. This list of sponsors you all will have to contact starting TODAY(25/9/2013) as well as follow up on the ones from the previous list before. Ask them for a definite answer as whether they are interested or not and please don't hang up the phone if they are directing you to someone else(it might take some time).
       Regarding the follow up, inform them that the dateline for the reply has been changed to 11th October so they have adequate amount of time to reply you. In addition to just asking them for sponsors, maybe they want to exhibit their stuff. So, any companies that are interested to exhibit their products/mechandise please send them the MP Exhibition as well. Anything that would bring profit to our event is definitely welcomed with open arms. Don't be shy to ask them about it ya.  

Everyone will be getting 27 companies contacts ya.
This is the distribution for the Shortlisted Sponsor list:

Other than this list please include the list that you searched by your own also. All together you should be calling around 30++ companies. The dateline to finish contacting these companies is by the 2nd October. 1 week from now. Follow up will be the next week. So please rush and try your best to finish. Sorry for the rush but I think you are all very capable and you definitely can do it. Do your best ok. Hope to hear good news from all of you. Thanks.

For the first list of companies that I've sent the MP, out of the five, as mentioned earlier, one rejected.

After I followed up, one is engaged, another one has no allocations for contribution, the other 2 are still pending.

I am now starting to call the new list.

go out and meet with which companies. all the smaller companies you mean? And if by doing that, do we need to mention to the companies that is it ok if we do a face to face presentation with them?Companies HQ around Ipoh.

And guys do note that the lists starts from number 1. So don't blindly take the number given by Jason or not we will have a clash of companies. thanks :)

Yes~thank you. Just noticed that. However all food and beverages companies I will be handing it to F&B department. That is so that we don't clash with them anything. Btw, regarding the list. I specifically said 27 companies contacts each. So watever number you get please be careful when you get your contacts as it does not start with no. 1.

For transport purposes we can rent cars if nearby. If far away like
KL we might have to take pubic transport. The expenses are covered for
transport in our budget. If the companies require us to go and meet
them then we will go. If they are willing to sponsor without any
presentation that would be better. I think they will ask if they want
us to go there

errmmm jason, when want to email to sponsors, what should we include?
New MP only? Then the poster and VVIP? Or can please make a new draft in the gmail with new attachments so that we just use that new draft to send to sponsors...And IF you happen to create a new email in the SnE email as draft, care to put the title so we can spot it easily? Please?

5. Exhibition MP (if they are interested to exhibit their merchandise when you ask them in phone call)

6. Main poster (this is optional but if you want to attract their attention further just include it as well)
