Hi guys. Please update me on your follow up here in this thread. Time is running out and we have to continue our momentum now. In addition to that, the list that we have is not enough based on what the PM said. So I will be distributing another list of you all to call again. You'll be given one week to do so
To Peter, please update me asap on you progress especially from Mountain dew and the rest of the companies you contacted for GnC andincluding the ones I assigned to you.
To sujev and gwee, I haven't yet to receive any updates from the both of you.
Steve, please contact them at the appropriate time and call back asap as well

The list will be distributed as soon as I finalize it I will upload here.

GnC Department, Zafirul(HOD) and I are working on calling the sponsors.Zafirul is handling with Mountain Dew and some other companies.The rest I'm calling.So far, Verticale Malaysia Sdn Bhd is responding well I guess.But I've sent MPs to Adidas and Al-Ikhsan.I can't get thought other companies but I will keep on trying.About the list I have been assigned to most of them are engaged.Will update you as soon as possible Jason.take care.

good work from all you guys, i hope that all of you can maintain your momentem. 

however,

1. please keep on update regarding all of you due date ya.

2. please make sure that all company that you approach are not clash with other event in utp for example like yongling said above.

3. i  suggest that you can do spreadsheet for updating regarding the all company that you have approch and follow up. so that all of HICOM and SnE committee will know which company have been approached and the progress about the company.

4. can i know the progress of your department?

Managed to call MPH Bookstores,MMC,MIR,Motorola,MMHE,Mitsubishi. Some of the companies cant be contacted at all. Engaged/directed to another number. Some I have managed to send the marketing proposal and all the relevant information and attachments I will continue trying to call them. Sorry for the late update. See you soon Jason.
