Third column of refactoring wizard

What is the third column for on the table containing the constants in the refactoring wizard?

I should clarify my question. The first column is the one with the check boxes. The second column is the constant name and the third is empty. However, looking at the code, I see that only one column is specified. It seems like there's at least two significant ones. Perhaps that column could be populated with the type that includes that constant since they can span multiple types. Any thoughts?
