Video Recordings

Rather that burn bandwidth with Live Streaming Sessions, I'm going to
set up Video Cameras in each of the Session Rooms to record each
session.

Each camera will be set up with a wide shot of the presenter and on a
Tripod to allow movement if the presenter wanders more than a few feet
from their podium. The idea is to capture the speaker and room and
not create some video master production.

The cameras have a Simple Record Button. Press to Start Recording
(look in display to verify recording), enjoy the session, After the
Session ends, Press to Stop. If the Presenter wanders from the
podium, the camera person would pan (turn) the camera in that
direction. The Camera Shot should be wide enough for a presenter to
move 10 feet in either direction.

All I really need is a few volunteers, who want to sit in the middle
of the room and be our camera persons.
