How high is pump speed of Corsial H60?

I just install corsair H60 liquid cooler, and found the motherboard indicate to be running at 4500 to 4690rpm. is this normal? the temperature for CPU is around 35 to 45 degree C while the PCH temperature is about 20 to 30 degree higher than CPU around 55 to 65 degree C.

Also post to your HWzone site, 1 more question is that my connection of fan with PWM to CPU fan header onboard and the pump 3 pins to next fan header, is this correct? I read somewhere that they advise to connect 3pns pump to CPU header and the fan with PWM to the next fan header.
