I have 2 items that requires RMA
1. ANTEC Kuhler 620 - Purchased in June 2011 - One of the hoses has started leaking and I'd like to send it in for RMA, unfortunately, I have mis-placed the receipt and am unable to find it. Will Convergent still honour the warranty?
2. HITACHI Deskstar 1TB - Purchased in November 2011 - Clicking sounds that comes on and off, disk test has shown errors (bad sectors), HGST site has verified the warranty status, does Convergent do an immediate 1-to-1 replacement? as it is my main and only HDD, It would render my system unusable if it requires weeks to process the RMA
