Buzzing sound on Andyson F500M

Hi Convergent,

I have this Andyson F500M having buzzing sound when turn on.It happen intermittent but happen most of the time.

Pls find attached video for the buzzing sound.

data of Purchased : 18 Jan 2010

Pls let me know if you i can return this for RMA and what i need to bring back (e.g those cables not attached to PSU unit).

Also advice if you have on hand stock to replace on the spot...
