Cosair Vengeance 2000 RMA

Last saturday, when i was about to use this headset, the moment i try to put it on, the sides plastic above the earpieces cracked. i used superglue and masking tap to secure the plastic so i can continue to use it. This headset was rma before, the last time also due to cracking issue inside the earpieces. Can i still rma for this?
The set was purchased last year 06/07/2012

The cracked looks exactly the same as this one in the cosair forum but mine is on both the ear pieces
