The front USB ports & Earphone jacks are faulty. as such i need to adjust the 3.5mm jack out partially to get the full volume on my earpiece.
Please advice on the repair or replacement. Do I have to bring the whole casing to service centre? It's pretty huge... I hope it's on the spot exchange cause I don't wanna make two trips with this behemoth if possible.
