Palit NVIDIA GTX 760

Hi,

I'm currently facing problems with my 4 months old Palit GTX 760 2GB graphics card, purchased on 20th Dec 2013.

It is currently causing lots of crashes, and I have to hard reset the PC whenever it does so. Reinstalling the driver does not help as it crashes the PC during the installation process.

Could I bring it down to Convergent for an exchange?

Kindly bring the card to our service centre at 9 Ubi Crescent , Level 3 for diagnostic and possible replacement.
Do kindly also bring along the purchase receipt to expedite your RMA.
