Hi, 

previously my graphics card as mention above was spoilt and I came down to Convergent to exchange it  as it was still under warranty. This was probably 1 year back. Now my replacement card is giving me blue screens and I am not able to load up to windows. After replacing with my old graphic card, my computer is able to load normally. Could you please advice on my options? Thank you!

Hi Jerry, 

Based on your descriptions , we are still unable to advice you on your blue screen issues. Blue screens and unable to load windows could be due to a magnitude of problem.

Firstly, it could be power supply not supplying enough power to your card.
Secondly, it could also be graphics card error.

However, from the serial number given to us, this card is already out of warranty for more than 9 months. If you need to verify the issue of the problem, you may bring your graphics card down to our service centre for testing. But if it is found faulty, we will not be able to claim warranty for you for this card.
