K95 Keyboard LED Failure

Hi Convergent Tech Support Team,

I am facing some problem with my K95 keyboard LED .Some of the key LED does not light up. Do you have any remedy for it?

If I were to bring down the keyboard for RMA, What are other stuff, I should bring together? Do I get a one to one exchange? If need to wait, how long will it takes?

The keyboard was bought on June this year.
