Bought around 2 weeks ago from Lazada and it stopped working after a week of usage.

Tried installing another GPU and it works so pretty sure its the 980 that is faulty

Would like to bring it down to the service centre to have it replace/repaired

What would i need to bring? I registered for the warranty on your website.
