I find there are four kinds of users in Controltier: admin,architect,deploy,build. what are the differences among them?
Is there an approach that allow me to create a user that can only manage his own resources and jobs?
for example: create a user named appDev. and it can create resources and jobs about appDev. create another user named coreDev, it can create resources and jobs about coreDev, but cannot see any appDev's resources or jobs.

I find that:
admin: can create resources and jobs
architect: cannot create resources and jobs
deploy: cannot create resources and jobs
build: cannot create resources and jobs
