how can I obtain user and job info in Controltier

I want to record all ctlcenter job deploy movements in database. as I cannot obtain useful info from jetty logs, I want to add a record step in all jobs. the script in this step is used in writing current job info into database. But i need below info from command line:
username, job id, job name, job directory, execute result.
is there any approach that can allow me to obtain those info from command line?
