Regarding reportImport method

I ran into this situation, our application has the following relationship,

PPMApp is the primary web application and PPMAPI is a sub-app underneath it. Yet both of them have their own particular packages. If I sub class PPMAPI from PPMApp, the package loading failed because repoImport complain maxcount is greater than 2.

Any idea how can I accomplish the above relationship, and successfully load the desired packages?

You'll need package sub-types too so that you can define specific constraints between particular services and packages.
