how to install ControlsFX in Netbeans IDE

I am new to development and I am using Netbeans IDE. Can anyone please tell me how to install and use the ControlsFX in Ubuntu 16.10 and in my netbeans so i can use it.
it will really help a lot. And how to start the Scene builder in Netbeans

to ControlsFX

Download the jar from ControlsFX website.

Then add it to Netbeans as shown in video.
