How to use ControlsFX ?

Hello im new here im using Eclipse and scene builder 17 , and i want to use ControlFX into my project for the searchComboBox , so i followed the instruction on github and install Gradle and import ControlsFX into eclipse , but i dont know how to use it in my project javafx ( stock ).

can someone help me  and explain me in a simple way ?  ( i never used gradle and api and ControlsFX) 

or should i use ControlsFX jar its more simple ?
