Hi:

I have been doing some testing of using controljs in real life. The
main performance issues I have are third party scripts, so:

http://tips.freedev.com.ar/demos/controljs-3erd.html

Good news: Facebook like box and adsense (classic) works fine.
Bad news: Doubleclick and Google Custom Search don't work. The
problem seems to be in document.write( script tag )

I'll keep adding others tests.

Steve admits in his post that ControlJS' document.write handler is not
robust enough to handle many use-cases. If you're looking for such a
solution, you can test Ghostwriter, a javascript library that provides
near perfect emulation of the document's pre-load context (including
document.write)
