Door managers for Spring Thaw early Saturday

I expect many of you will be attending our annual Spring Thaw event
this coming weekend. I will be acting as floor manager on Saturday
between 11:00 and 1:30.
We need five volunteers to look after the door for half-hour stints
during this time. We also need two others to look after the
refreshment table from 11:00 to 11:45 and from 11:45 to 12:30.
I realize there's an advanced contra workshop between 11:00 and 12:30.
However, if either you won't be attending this workshop or you will be
but are willing to sit a third of it out, please let me know if you
would be willing to handle the door from 11:00 to 11:30, 11:30 to
noon, or noon to 12:30.
As for the 12:30 - 1:30 lunch hour, again, if either you won't be
participating in the potluck (perhaps you'll be bringing your own
lunch instead) or you will be but are willing to cut it short, please
let me know if you can manage the door either from 12:30 to 1:00 or
from 1:00 to 1:30.
If you can lend a hand at the door for half-an-hour or perhaps with
the refreshments for 45 minutes, please get back to me a.s.a.p. with
your proposed time slot.
