I am writing to inform you that we are currently sourcing for a contract position for a Siebel Implementation for our Channel Development organization supporting Trade Promotion Management.  We are looking for a Deployment Lead to lead and drive all activities related to the rollout of a new software platform that will involve Siebel and OBIEE.  This role will work closely with all the cross functional teams associate with the project.

 

Here is an initial list (not all encompassing) of the activities that we need to be addressed:

 

·         Coordination and planning of the training & OCM activities

·         End user activities required for cutover & deployment

·         Retirement of legacy systems

·         Coordination of broker (other end users)

·         Defining High touch and ongoing support

·         Software and hardware requirements for cutover & deployment

 

Skill set:

·         Lead and drive

·         Coordination/Leadership

·         Working across functional areas to develop effective business solutions that align with company and business unit/department objectives 7 years

·         Managing complex large-scale projects

·         Requirements gathering and analysis

·         Ability to lead the efforts of others

·         Ability to influence and gain the support of key stakeholders

·         Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

·         Negotiation skills

·         Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

·         Change management skills

·         Strong oral and written communication skills enabling the persuasive presentation

·         Ability to lead complex project efforts to completion

·         Skilled in the utilization of system development methodologies throughout the full project lifecycle

·         Adeptly facilitates/negotiates through challenging situations

·         Interfaces across all organization levels comfortably with internal business customers, technical support resources, and external business partners

·         Leads groups though effective decision making
