Job Title: AWS IAM Architect (100% Remote – USA)

We are seeking an experienced AWS IAM Architect to join our team in a fully remote capacity within the USA.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services, including exposure to 8–10 AWS services.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IAM design and architecture.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience provisioning AWS resources using AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience provisioning and managing AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Deep expertise in AWS IAM, including:
  • IAM Roles
  • Trust Policies
  • Policy Conditions
  • Cross-Account Access Management
• Hands-on experience with AWS Resource Policies (e.g., S3 Bucket Policies, KMS Key Policies) and understanding of Service Control Policies (SCPs) within AWS Organizations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related access and permission issues.
• Strong knowledge of secure cloud architecture and implementing least-privilege access models.
• Experience defining, implementing, and maintaining IAM standards, governance frameworks, best practices, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with application, security, and platform engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in enterprise-scale AWS environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance best practices.
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Security Specialty are a plus.
