1. Project Manager - Oversees the entire remediation process, sets project goals and timelines, and ensures coordination among Project Team members. Responsible for

managing resources, budget, and communication with stakeholders.

 

2. Technical Expert - Possess strong technical background and specializes in the underlying technological stack of technology systems. Assess technology system

architecture, infrastructure, data structures, and integrations to identify technical issues and recommend appropriate remediation actions.

 

3. Quality Assurance Test Manager - Responsible for the testing and validating the effectiveness of the remediation efforts. Design and execute test plans, identify, and

report bugs or issues, and work closely with functional and technical experts to ensure that technology systems meet the desired quality standards.
