Sir,

This is regarding the presentation that is due to happen for the group dealing with Real Property (comprising myself, Vidushi, Preeta, Rohit and Nagarjun). As we are the only group to be presenting today, we were hoping that it could take place during the class hours as per the time table, for today.

However, Vidushi and I are also scheduled to attend Mergers and Acquisitions Seminar from 3 pm to 6 pm today (which was scheduled on Wednesday by Prof. P. Pillai, despite us informing him of scheduled presentation in your seminar). Therefore, we request you to kindly allow us to begin the presentation at 4 pm (instead of 4.30 as per the time table) and after the same, attend Prof. Pillai's class. This is solely because Prof. Pillai has refused to grant us attendance for Mergers and Acquisitions at this time, despite us informing him that these presentations were scheduled since last week.

In addition to the above Arjun Sharma and I are also scheduled to make a final presentation in the Competition Law and Policy Seminar Course conducted by Prof. NL Mitra, at 5.30 pm, a time that he specifically requested since he was unable to complete presentations within class hours yesterday. Therefore I request you to kindly permit us to meet Prof. Mitra at that time, after my presentation, so that we may be able to make the the Competition Law Seminar Paper Presentation.

I am extremely sorry for this confusion and conflict in scheduling. Despite informing the concerned Professors of the commitments in your Seminar Course yesterday, they were unwilling to change their timings, leaving us with no choice but to approach you. I sincerely hope that you will be willing to grant the above requests, and facilitate us fulfilling our commitments with all three seminar courses, for which we will be extremely grateful, as we were unable to see any other way out of this situation.

As regards other presentations, I believe all the other groups have picked 15th January (tomorrow), as it is a holiday.
With regard to today's presentation, we met as a group yesterday, and decided that 4 pm is a comfortable time for all of us, and that I would do my presentation early on and then leave for the other presentation, if that is to your convenience.
