Analyst, E-commerce (SFCC):
· Lead client-facing requirements gathering, translating business needs
into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementations.
· Analyze eCommerce customer journeys, site performance, and conversion drivers to identify optimization opportunities across merchandising, checkout, and personalization.
· Partner with product, engineering, and QA teams to validate solutions, support UAT, and ensure SFCC configurations align with business requirements and release goals.
· Drive continuous improvement by leveraging SFCC capabilities (e.g., promotions, catalog, search, integrations) and recommending enhancements to improve user experience, performance, and business outcomes.
