We have a new demand for BA with strong experience in writing JIRA stories and knowledge of SAP BTP.

 

Location – NJ (2 days in office) New Brunswick

Start Date – June 1st or sooner

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in writing detailed JIRA user stories and hands-on knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring clear requirements documentation and effective collaboration across teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into clear, concise, and well-structured JIRA user stories, including acceptance criteria (using Agile/Scrum practices)
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers to ensure accurate implementation
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement walkthrough sessions

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in writing JIRA user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Good understanding of SAP BTP (integration, extensions, or data services)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
