Job Title: Business Analyst / Project Manager – Banking & Finance Domain

Location: New York, NY 10001 (Onsite)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong expertise in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Business Management to drive technology initiatives within the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in managing technology projects end-to-end, with a proven ability to work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Drive technology projects through the full project life cycle – requirements gathering, resourcing, planning, design, development coordination, and production deployment.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Perform business analysis to capture functional requirements and support development teams in execution.
Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Contribute to solution development, implementation, and post-deployment support.
Provide oversight of project governance, risk management, and progress reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–10 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Business Management.
Prior experience in banking/finance domain strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of technology platforms and ability to support technical solutioning.
Proven track record of driving technology projects and delivering results.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have Skills

Experience in technology implementation projects within banking/financial services.
Ability to bridge business and technology requirements effectively.
