Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Power BI dashboard development and data modeling. The candidate will work closely with architects, analysts, and business users to design, build, and maintain robust data models and deliver impactful Power BI solutions. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to coordinate between onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

Create, analyze, and maintain data models to support business reporting needs.
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate data representation.
Translate complex business data into usable and insightful data models.
Provide onshore-offshore coordination for smooth project delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients and demonstrate leadership qualities in managing deliverables.

Required Skills

5+ years of professional experience in Power BI development.
Strong expertise in data modeling (logical and physical).
Hands-on experience creating interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with Python and Apache Spark.
Knowledge of advanced analytics and data transformation.
