Job Title: Test Data Management (TDM) Engineer – K2View

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Data Management (TDM) Engineer with hands-on expertise in K2View to own the design and delivery of enterprise-wide TDM solutions. The role will focus on enabling compliant, on-demand test data across environments (DEV, TEST, STG, PROD mirrors) with sub-setting, masking, self-service provisioning, and CI/CD integration.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess current data landscape and define enterprise-wide TDM strategy and standards.
  • Design and develop K2View Data Products/micro-DBs, masking and subsetting rules, and orchestration workflows.
  • Build self-service data provisioning via APIs/portals and integrate with CI/CD and release pipelines.
  • Implement synthetic data generation where required, ensuring referential integrity across systems.
  • Automate data refreshes, monitor SLAs, data quality, and audit compliance (PII/PCI/PHI).
  • Partner with application, QA, DBA, and security teams to create runbooks, enablement, and best practices.

 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Data Engineering / Test Data Management (TDM).
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with K2View (Fabric Studio, Fabric Server, micro-DBs, masking, orchestration).
  • Strong SQL and data profiling expertise with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with APM/monitoring tools, REST APIs, scripting (Python, Shell, Groovy), and Git/CI-CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub).
  • Solid knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and hands-on experience with data masking, tokenization, and audit controls.

 

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in Insurance/Financial domain.
  • Mainframe (VSAM, DB2) background.
  • Exposure to Kafka, MuleSoft, Databricks, Control-M.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
