Beginner Dance Sessions

If you’re a new dancer or know of new dancers who’d like to gain more experience before the big Flurry Festival weekend in February, tell them about the Contra Dance 101 sessions at the Beacon Feed Dance Studio (also behind Hubbard Hall). Learn the basics (and a few flourishes) of contra dancing, square dancing, and maybe even English country dancing…..

Caller Fern Bradley is known for her clear, welcoming teaching style—she loves to help new dancers discover the joy of contra dancing! No previous dance experience is required. Enjoy live music by members of the Hubbard Hall Tuesday Tunes group.

Time: Tuesdays, January 11 through February 15; 7:15-8:30 p.m.;  $6 fee per class
