Sunday, January 25 in the Beacon Feed Building Dance Studio, Cambridge, NY, 6 p.m.

Join the dancing fun of traditional New England-style barn dances, old-fashioned square dances, modern contra dances, and simple folk dances. All dances taught, no partner needed. No previous dance experience needed.

 

$8 adults, $5 age 21 and younger, $15 family rate

Pre-Flurry Contra Dance Camp

Heading to The Flurry Festival in Saratoga in February? It’s the biggest, best, most eclectic, feel-good festival of traditional social dance and music in the Capital Region. These workshops will hone your skills so you’ll be ready to join in the swingin’, stompin’, high-energy fun of contra dancing—and dance with confidence!

Saturdays 2:00-4:00pm  January 31 and February 7
Workshops led by caller Fern Bradley with live music by the Tune Jam Band.

Cost for two-session series: $15/$12 members
