SATURDAY, AUGUST 13
Potluck ~ 6:00pm
Dance ~ 7:00pm-10:00pm
Music by MELON FARMER – Billy Kearney/fiddle, Jon Duvick/guitar, Merle Hall/banjo. Calling by Reid Miller.
DOOR PRIZES! Come for fun with live, fiddle music and friends. Black light attire recommended.
Donation: $10, students $5. Please contribute what you can for dance expenses. Wear comfy clothes and clean shoes. Bring a refillable water bottle, and please refrain from wearing fragrances.
Mark your calendars and Des Moines CONTRA DANCE on the 2nd Saturday of the month through November 2016. September's dance is on the 10th. Same location. Wear a flowered shirt.
