Dear everyone I have ever e-mailed from Gmail:
I'm so sorry. I got a virus that sent an e-mail to everyone I have ever addressed an e-mail to or received an e-mail from. Please do not open the file if you have not yet. I got the same e-mail from a friend about a month ago and it appears this is the result. Again, I am so sorry.

And an additional apology to those who have received this e-mail multiple times. I am contacting all of the e-mails in my various contact folders.
