Hi Everyone; I hope this finds you all happy post-bar.
My former supervising attorney at Northwest Justice Project expects to be appointed shortly to the Eastern District of Washington Bankruptcy Court, and is looking for a clerk to begin in September.
He was a bankruptcy attorney at a large firm for many years before he moved over to NJP where he worked in Consumer Protection. He recently won an important case under the Consumer Protection Act at the Washington Supreme Court (which you should read up on if you interview with him-- Klem v. WaMu), and has been an excellent mentor.
Attached is the announcement-- feel free to pass this on, or reach out to me with any questions about working with him.
Be well,
Courtney
