Taking a break from CMS maintenance

Hi,

In the past few months I often haven't been able to find enough time to
work on CMS. This led to delayed responses and reduced activity, as you
might have noticed. At the same time, it stresses me to be unable to
respond to the community properly.

Therefore I've decided to take a break from CMS maintenance.

Of course, I'll take care of the few current outstanding tasks.
