One common piece of advice I have been given from educational
professionals in creating content for varying reading literacy levels
is to account for all learning styles -- visual, auditory, and
kinesthetic. The first two styles are easy to serve online, but
kinesthetic is less obvious. I understand that content for a
kinesthetic learner would involve movement, and in the case of a
computer user, that would mean movement of the mouse -- dragging and
dropping items, for example. Can anyone provide good samples of
content that would appeal to a kinesthetic learner? In particular,
health or science education related items.
