I'm hoping that the default way to configure contentmirror for out of the
box operation with default types should just be to set the
CONTENTMIRROR_URI environment variable for setting up the database
connection. The additional settings-example.zcml is needed only to specify
custom types, at which point people should probably be referring to
documentation.
