We are planning to meet on 23rd or 24the June at Dehradun or nearby area for final presentation of our units. We also expect our course leaders to approve the units before 23 June so that we are able to achieve the target of 30june.

Dear Dr. Jasola,

I'd be able to finish the unit by the due date. However, I regret to inform you that I would not be able to come to Dehradun for the final presentation due to personal reasons.

I've a 6 month old baby at home and the possibility of coming to Dehradun with or without him is negligible. I hope you understand the situation I'm into at this point of time.
